I’ve been researching this claim (which I’ve heard in a couple of posts and articles) but I can’t find any reputable sources for this. Is it true and what might it come from? Thanks!!!
Saw a post about bands that aren’t (traditionally) considered as punk but that are, and I think Death Grips could fit this description pretty well.
In my opinion, the very nature of the band fits the punk spirit very well. From their abrasive sound and use of guitars to their angry vocals and often political or anti-authority lyrics, I think it fits.
They even sampled Black Flag’s ”Rise Above”…
What do yall think?
