Mirza Qadiani and the Ahmediyyah pt5

Bismillah,

Mirza said the following with regards to prophecy:

>"To Judge my truthfulness or lies, there is no better test than my prophecies." (Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 19, P. 288)

>"Let it be known to unbelieving persons that my truthfulness or falsehood will be judged by my prophecies. There is no other touchstone for it." (Pamphlet, 10th July 1888; Aina-e-Kamalat-i-Islam, P. 288)

>"It is not possible that the prophecies of Prophets are delayed." (Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 19, P. 5)

>"To turn out a liar in his own prophecy is biggest disgrace of disgraces." (Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 15, P. 382)

Basically, whether or not Mirza was really a prophet will be seen with regards to whether or not his prophecies are true considering he says himself "there is no better test than my prophecies". So if Mirza fails in his prophecies, it will clearly show that he is a liar.

Lets look at the Historical evidence:

1) Mirza said: "I shall die in Mecca or in Medina"

In his book, Mirza is quoted as saying :

>"I will die either in Mekkah or Medina." (Tadhkira, P. 591)

Mirza died in Lahore, Pakistan, and never ever in his entire life did he even set a toe in either Mecca or Medina. Which obviously shows that the statement made by Mirza is a lie and therefore it's the biggest disgrace of disgraces according to his own words.

Think about that for a second. Hajj is an obligatory act for any Muslim that can afford it, yet Mirza never ever went for Hajj? Ahmediyyah's say it's because he was banned, but at that time there was no such ban in effect, so it's a lie. The ban was enacted within the last 10 years or so maybe more. Imagine, he claimed prophethood, yet Allah(swt) never once brought him to the 2 most beloved places to Allah(swt) in this world? It's amazing. Millions of people have been for Hajj but Mirza, not even once.

2) Mirza prophesied that he would live for 80 years

Here is the exact quote from his book with regards to his age at death. Roohany Khazaen is Mirza's own book.

>"Enemies wish for my death and prophecise about it. God has, however, given me the good news that I shall live for eighty (80) years or more." (Roohany Khazaen)

This is what Mirza himself says:

>"I was born in 1839 or 1840, towards the end of the Sikh era. In 1857 I was in my 16th or 17th year and facial hair had not yet started growing". (Roohani Khazain, Kitab-ul-Bariyyah – Volume 13 – Page 177)

So he was born in either 1839 or 1840 and he died on May 26, 1908. Even if you take the year 1840, that means Mirza only lived till the age of 70, which is 10 years short of his prediction. 10 years is a really long time and no where close to 80. Even if you added roughly 2.5 years for the Islamic calendar, he'd still only be 72.5, which is 7.5 years too early.

If you'll notice, Mirza says "God has, however, given me the good news" which is a claim that Allah(swt) told him of when he would die. But it's an approximation considering Mirza says "eighty years or more", which we know was way off. But when we look at the Quran, it shows Allah(swt) knows the exact time of death:

>[3:145] Nor can a soul die except by Allah's leave, the term being fixed as by writing.

A "term fixed" means that the exact duration of ones life is already known, considering Allah(swt) says "by writing". Meaning it has been recorded the exact date and time of when that person will die, therefore it is known how long the life span is. The verse doesn't say "term approximated", but "term being fixed" meaning it's exact. Therefore Allah(swt) knows the exact time of death so it makes no sense that not only was he given an approximation, but it was years off.

More verses showing the exact time of death known:

>[7:34] To every people is a term appointed: when their term is reached, not an hour can they cause delay, nor (an hour) can they advance (it in anticipation).

>[63:11] But to no soul will Allah grant respite when the time appointed (for it) has come; and Allah is well acquainted with (all) that ye do.

Talk about a failed prophecy. Even if you say "take some year", it would mean a difference of maybe 3 at most, but 7? Mirza was totally wrong, therefore a false prophet considering Allah(swt) knows the exact time of death, where as Mirza was years off.

3)Mr Atham, a Christian who debated Mirza and won

Prior to debating Mr Atham, this is what Mirza said :

>"I agree that if the signs of my truthfulness are not shown, I will admit that I am not from God and will give up Islamic faith or will surrender half of my wealth for propagation of Christianity." (Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 6, P. 48-49)

As a test for Mirza, Mr Atham knowing that Jesus(pbuh) had cured the blind, the deaf and the crippled brought 3 people for Mirza to cure. This is what happened from Mirza's book :

>The debate between Mirza Ghulam and Mr. Atham commenced on May 22, 1893 and went on till June 5, 1893. Toward the end of the debate, Christians brought one blind, one deaf, and one paralyzed individual to the debate and challenged Mirza Ghulam to cure them as Jesus(pbuh) had done! **Naturally, Mirza was not able to cure any of them.(Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 6, P. 291) **

So bad was Mirza's defeat that even his followers left him and converted to Christianity:

>Mirza Ghulam Qadiani offered such a weak argument against Mr. Atham and was so badly humiliated that both Muslims and Christians were openly admitting the failure of Mirza to prove the truthfulness of Islam. (Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 9, P. 25) Several Qadianis were even reported to have converted to Christianity, as the result of Mirza Ghulam's loss. (Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 9, P. 28, footnote)

So in order to save face, Mirza said the following :

>On June 5, 1893, he announced that the night before he has received a Grand Prophecy from Allah(SWT). He said:

>"When I humbly entreated and implored God Almighty and prayed to Him to show me the details of the matter, He indicated to me that the liar will die within 15 months (before September 5, 1894), provided he does not return to the truth (Islam); and he who is on the truth and believes in true God, his honor will be restored and when this prophecy is fulfilled some blind man will start seeing, paralyzed start walking, and deaf start hearing. I admit that if this prophecy proves to be False, I am prepared for every punishment. My face should be blackened and I should be hanged. I swear by the Mighty Allah that what I have said will happen. It must happen. It is possible that the earth may be changed for another earth and the sky may be replaced by another sky, but it is not possible for God's word to change -- prepare for me a cross if my falsehood is exposed and curse me more than the Satans and the evil persons are cursed." (Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 6, P. 292-293; Jang-i-Maqaddas, P. 188)

You already know, Christians believe in the Trinity, which is not the true God ( for Muslims ), and Ahmediyyahs believe only Ahmediyyah are on the truth. That would mean Mr Atham would have to convert and become Ahmediyyah. Let's find out what happened.

Mirza in his desperation said :

>God has told me that "he (Mr. Atham) will die soon; if not, then the sun on the last day of the 15th month (September 5, 1894) will not set until Atham dies." (Reported in Al-Hakam Qadiani Newspaper, September 7, 1923)

Ofcourse the sun set and Mr Atham was still alive so that failed.

Look at what Mr Atham says about himself in a news paper.

>"I invite your attention to the prophecy of Ghulam Ahmad about my death. I inform you that, by the grace of God, I am safe and sound. I have heard Ghulam Ahmad alleging that I have turned my back on Christianity. I proclaim that this is a lie. I was a Christian and I ever remained a Christian and I thank God that He made me a Christian..." (Wafadar, Lahor, September 15, 1894 - not a Qadiani paper)

Mirza failed in his prophecies once again, not only failing the test, but the time of Mr Atham death and that the sun won't set unless Mr Atham dies. In addition, Ahmediyyah's claim that Mr Atham "accepted the truth" but by Mr Atham's own proclamation he remained Christian and didn't accept Mirza or Islam. By Mirza's own statement, He is a liar.

4)Prophecy on marriage to Muhammadi Begum

Mirza's cousin had a daughter named Muhammadi Begum who Mirza wanted to marry. But, the father, Mirza Ahmad Baig refused because he didn't consider Mirza Qadiani to be a Muslim, which angered Mirza. So Mirza made the following statement :

>“As a token of the Almighty’s favor to this humble person, Allah has ordained that, should Mirza Ahmad Baig refuse to wed his elder daughter to me, he will be considered Allah’s enemy and a disbeliever (Kafir). Additionally, as a punishment for his disbelief, Mirza Baig will die within three years of this refusal and any other man who marries Muhammadi Begum will die within two and half years of the date of his wedding. Muhammadi Begum is destined -- by the almighty Allah -- to ultimately become my wife.” (Tableeg-e-Resalat, Vol. 1 , P. 61 -- Collection of Posters- 02, Vol. 1 -- Hashia; Feb. 20,1886)

Mirza was so obsessed with Muhammadi Begum that he said the following as well :

“I am making not one, but six predictions:

  • I will be alive at the time of the wedding of Muhammadi Begum;
  • Mirza Baig will also be alive at the time of the wedding of his daughter;
  • Mirza Baig will die within three years of the date of the wedding;
  • The Groom will also die within two and half years of the date of the wedding;
  • Muhammadi Begum will remain alive until she becomes my wife;
  • Despite disagreement of all her relatives, she will finally marry me." (Aaina-e-Kamalat-e-Islam Dar Roohani Khazain, P. 325/57”)

Mirza never married Muhammadi Begum, and instead married Mirza Sultan Ahmad remaining married for 40 years after Mirza Qadiani's death. Again, by Mirza's own statement, he is a liar, many times over.

5) Marriage to a virgin and a widow

Mirza made the following statement :

>"It is God's intention that He will bring two ladies in my wedlock. One will be virgin and the other widow. Therefore, this inspiration that is related to Bikr (virgin), it has been fulfilled and, presently by the grace of God, I have four sons from this wife. I am still waiting for the fulfillment of the inspiration regarding widow." (Roohany Khazaen, Vol. 15, P. 201)

Not only was Mirza still waiting for the fulfillment of marrying a widow, but till this day so are we. Considering Mirza never married a widow, he failed his own prophecy which makes him a liar.

Conclusion

As we can see, that by Mirza's own statements that if he fails any of his prophecies that it is the biggest disgrace and that he is a liar. Majority of the sources as you can see are from his own books and I can assure you, there are more failed predictions that he had made.

Collectively and individually, as we look at the evidences, starting from the Quran and making our way through the ahadith and finally Mirza's failed and false prophecies, the evidence is crystal clear. It is our duty to understand these proofs and be very familiar with them in order to prevent ourselves from being misguided, and if the opportunity presents its self, to guide others to the truth away from falsehood.

Mirza Qadiani and the Ahmediyyah pt4

Bismillah,

So far, Alhamdulillah, we have covered some crucial evidences but there is still more to cover. In the previous post we looked at the ahadith with regards to Imam Mehdi and now we'll look at the ahadith with regards to the Prophet Isa(as).

To remind everyone, Mirza states in his book that he is the Mahdi and the Messiah:

He writes in ‘The Narrative of the Two Martyrdoms’ (Tazkirat-ush-Shahadatain):

>“It was disclosed to me through Divine revelation a few years later that the Messiah that had been promised from the earliest time to this nation and that the last Mahdi who was destined to appear after the deterioration of Islam and who was to be granted direct guidance from God and who was to provide once again the spiritual nourishment, as had been preordained and about whom glad tidings had also been given by the Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, himself 1300 years ago, is none other than me. Divine revelations, in this regard, came to me so clearly and persistently that no room for even the least doubt was left in this matter.”

Now let's see what the authentic ahadith say about Isa(as) :

1) Isa(as) will descend

>Allah will send Maseeh ibne Maryam (Messiah son of Mary). Thus he will descend near the White Eastern Minaret of Damascus, clad in two yellow sheets, leaning on the shoulders of two angels. (Sahih Muslim, Vol. 8, P. 192-193)

>Jesus, son of Mary, will descend near the white minaret towards the east of Damascus. (Tabarani)

Mirza claims that he is the Messiah, which we all know to be Isa(as), but as the authentic ahadith show, Isa(as) will descend and not be born. Therefore Mirza cannot be the Messiah.

2) Imam Mehdi and Isa(as) are two separate individuals

>A section of my people will not cease fighting for the Truth and will prevail till the Day of Resurrection. He said: Jesus Son of Mary will then descend and their (Muslims') commander (Al Mahdi) will invite him to come and lead them in prayer, but he would say: No, some amongst you are commanders over some (amongst you). This is the honor from Allah for this Ummah. (Sahih Muslim, Book 1, No. 0293)

Mirza claims to be both the Mehdi and Isa(as), yet as shown by the ahadith, it is clear that they are separate individuals. Therefore we know that Mirza was not speaking the truth.

3) The Messiah(as) will end Christianity as a religion, kill the pigs, end Jizya and there will be no more poverty

>By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, Son of Mary (Jesus) will shortly descend amongst you people (Muslims) as a just ruler and will break the Cross and kill the pig and abolish the Jizyah (a tax taken from the non-Muslims, who are in the protection, of the Muslim government). Then there will be abundance of money and no one will accept charitable gifts. (Sahih Bukhari, Vol. 3, Book 34, No. 425)

>The Hour will not be established until the Son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and abolish the Jizyah tax. Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it (as charitable gifts). (Sahih Bukhari, Vol. 3, Book 43, No. 656)

From these ahadith, we can see that the Trinity, or Christianity as it is today will not longer exist because Isa(as) will show them the truth. The fact that Christianity exists today, and the Trinity is still an accepted concept by the Christians shows that Mirza is definitely not the Messiah(as), therefore Mirza is a liar.

In addition, if we take the "kill the pigs" literally, we know Mirza is false again, because pigs still exist. Even if we take it metaphorically to mean pork will no longer be consumes, we know this is false because not only were they consumed during Mirza's life, but still consumed today.

Lastly, the ahadith say that wealth will be so abundant that no one will be there to accept Zakaat. We know that not only was Zakaat being taken during Mirza, but is still taken today. Which also shows that Mirza is false and not the Messiah(as).

4) The Messiah(as) will kill the Dajjal

>The son of Mary will kill the Anti-Christ (Dajjal) at the door of Ludda. (Tirmidhi and Ahmad)

>...He will then call (that young man) and he will come forward laughing with his face gleaming (with happiness). It will at this very time that Allah will send Christ, son of Mary. He will descend at the white minaret on the eastern side of Damascus, wearing two garments lightly dyed with saffron and placing his hands on the wings of two Angels. When he lowers his head, there will fall beads of perspiration from his head, and when he raises it up, beads like pearls will scatter from it. Every non-believer who smells the odor of his body will die and his breath will reach as far as he is able to see. He will then search for him (Dajjal) until he catches hold of him at the gate of Ludd (Jerusalem) and kills him.

>Then a people whom Allah had protected will come to Jesus, son of Mary, and he will wipe their faces and inform them of their ranks in Paradise. It will be under such conditions that Allah will reveal to Jesus these words: I have brought forth from among My servants such people against whom none will be able to fight; you take these people safely to Tur, and then Allah will send Gog and Magog and they will swarm down from every slope. The first of them will pass the lake of Tiberias and drink out of it. And when the last of them passes, he will say: There was once water there... (Sahih Muslim, Book 40, No. 7015)

We know that Dajjal hasn't come because the signs of Dajjal haven't occurred and he hasn't been seen yet. In addition, the Messiah(as) will also be faced with the trial of Gog and Magog, who as the ahadith point out will drink the Tiberias dry. So far we haven't seen Gog and Magog and the Tiberias still has water in it. Therefore we know that Mirza is false.

5) The Messiah(as) will perform Hajj

>Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “By the One in whose hand is my soul, the son of Mary will surely answer the call of the Hajj pilgrimage in the valley of Al-Rawha’, or for Umrah, or both together.”

>Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1252

In order to perform Hajj, and be in the valley of Al-Rawha, the Messiah(as) would have to entire not only Makkah or Medina but Saudi Arabia. This is something Mirza Qadiani has never ever done. Mirza has never ever in his entire life set foot in either city or the country itself which shows that he is absolute liar.

6) The Messiah(as) will be buried next to the Prophet(saw)

>Hazrat Masih(SAW) will die after completing the duration he was destined to pass in the world and that Muslims would offer his funeral prayers and bury him next to the grave of the holy Prophet, Hazrat Abu Bakr and Hazrat Umar(RAs). (Mishkat, P. 480)

>After his descent on earth, Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will marry. He will have children, and he will remain on earth 19 years after marriage. He will pass away and Muslims will perform his Janaza Salaat (funeral prayers) and bury him next to Rasulullah (SAW). (Tirmidhi)

We know that so far that spot is still empty. As a matter of fact, which cannot be denied nor refuted, Mirza Qadiani has never ever in his entire life set a foot in either Makkah or Medinah let alone performed Hajj or Umrah. Therefore we know for a fact that Mirza is a liar as the ahadith clearly show.

Mirza Qadiani and the Ahmediyyah pt3

Bismillah,

I know many people have received messages from the Ahmediyya and there has been talk about compiling information about them. To make things easier for everyone, I've started the process.

In this post, we'll cover the ahadith regarding Imam Mahdi.

Mirza states in his book that he is the Mahdi and the Messiah:

He writes in ‘The Narrative of the Two Martyrdoms’ (Tazkirat-ush-Shahadatain):

>“It was disclosed to me through Divine revelation a few years later thatthe Messiah that had been promised from the earliest time to this nation and that the last Mahdi who was destined to appear after the deterioration of Islam and who was to be granted direct guidance from God and who was to provide once again the spiritual nourishment, as had been preordained and about whom glad tidings had also been given by the Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, himself 1300 years ago, is none other than me. Divine revelations, in this regard, came to me so clearly and persistently that no room for even the least doubt was left in this matter.”

So lets see what the authentic ahadith say about the Mahdi :

1) Imam Mahdi will have the same name as the Prophet(saw), Muhammad Ibn Abdullah.

> The world will not come to pass until a man from among my family, whose name will be my name, rules over the Arabs. (Tirmidhi Sahih, Vol. 9, P. 74; Abu Dawud, Sahih, Vol. 5, P. 207; also narrated by Ali b. Abi Talib, Abu Sa'id, Umm Salma, Abu Hurayra)

Mirza Ghulam Ahmed Qadiani's fathers name is Mirza Ghulam Murtaza and therefore does not fill the description as given by the Prophet(saw). Another thing to note is that Mirza never ruled over the Arabs as stated in the hadith.

2) Imam Mahdi will fill this world with Justice and Fairness

>Allah will bring out from concealment al-Mahdi from my family and just before the day of Judgment; even if only one day were to remain in the life of the world, and he will spread on this earth justice and equity and will eradicate tyranny and oppression. (Musnad Ahmad Ibn Hanbal, Vol. 1, P. 99)

>Even if only a day remains for Qiyamah to come, yet Allah will surely send a man from my family who will fill this world with such justice and fairness, just as it initially was filled with oppression. (Abu Dawood)

>Our Mahdi will have a broad forehead and a pointed (prominent) nose. He will fill the earth with justice as it is filled with injustice and tyranny. He will rule for seven years. (Abu Dawud, Sahih, Vol. 2, p. 208; Fusul al-muhimma, p. 275)

Mirza did not eradicate tyranny or oppression and definitely didn't fill the earth with justice and equity. In addition, it is historical fact that Mirza never ruled any nation, let alone the Arabs as the Prophet(saw) has said.

3) Imam Mahdi will be a descendant of the Prophet(saw)

>The promised Mahdi will be among my family. God will make the provisions for his emergence within a single night. (Ibn Majah, Sahih, Vol. 2, P. 519)

>The promised Mahdi will be among my progeny, among the descendants of Fatima. (Abu Dawud, Sahih, Vol. 2, P. 207; Ibn Majah, Sahih, Vol. 2, P. 519)

>The Mahdi will be of my family, of the descendants of Fatima (the Prophet's daughter). (Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol. 2, Tradition No. 4086)

Mirza definitely was not part of the Ahle Bayte and therefore is not the Mahdi the Prophet(saw) described.

4 How Imam Mahdi will emerge

>After the death of a Ruler there will be some dispute between the people. At that time a citizen of Madina will flee (from Madina) and go to Makkah. While in Makkah, certain people will approach him between Hajrul Aswad and Maqaame Ibraheem, and forcefully pledge their allegiance to him.

>Thereafter a huge army will proceed from Syria to attack him but when they will be at Baida, which is between Makkah and Madina, they will be swallowed into the ground.

>On seeing this, the Abdaals of Shaam as well as large numbers of people from Iraq will come to him and pledge their allegiance to him. Then a person from the Quraish, whose uncle will be from the Bani Kalb tribe will send an army to attack him, only to be overpowered, by the will of Allah. This (defeated) army will be that of the Bani Kalb. Unfortunate indeed is he who does not receive a share from the booty of the Kalb. This person (Imam Mahdi) will distribute the spoils of war after the battle. He will lead the people according to the Sunnat and during his reign Islam will spread throughout the world. He will remain till seven years (since his emergence). He will pass away and the Muslims will perform his Janazah salaat. (Abu Dawood)

Imam Mahdi will be a citizen of Madina and will be in Makkah when Bay'ah will be given to him. **Mirza has never ever in his entire life step foot in either Madina or Makkah **. Mirza never lead an army as described and ever ruled as described either.

5) Imam Mahdi and Isa(as) will be two different people

>What will be your reaction when the son of Mary (Jesus) descends and your Imam is from among yourselves?(Sahih Muslim, bab nuzul 'isa, Vol. 2; Sahih Bukhari, kitab bad' al-khalq wa nuzul 'isa, Vol. 4)

>What would be your situation if the Son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends upon you and your Imam is from among you? (Bukhari, kitabul-Anbiya, Chapter Nuzul Isa bin Maryam)

Note that the Prophet(saw) says that Isa(as) will descend, not be born as Mirza was. Also the hadith says "Son of Mary" with regards to Isa(as), but we all know that Mirza's mother is Chiragh Bibi.

Mirza Qadiani and the Ahmediyyah pt2.

Bismillah,

For those that are interested with regards to the Quran and finality of Prophethood see part 1

As shown in part 1, Mirza claimed that he was a prophet. In this section we will take a look at the ahadith, which clearly show that the Prophet(saw) said he(saw) was the last and final Prophet.

1) The Last Brick

>The Prophet of God(SAW) affirmed:

>"My position in relation to the prophets who came before me can be explained by the following example: A man erected a building and adorned this edifice with great beauty, but he left an empty niche, in the corner where just one brick was missing. People looked around the building and marveled at its beauty, but wondered why a brick was missing from that niche? I am like unto that one missing brick and I am the last in the line of the Prophets." (Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Manaqib). This Hadith has also been related in Muslim, Tirmizi, and Musnad of Ahmad.

2) Line of Prophethood Terminated

>The Holy Prophet(SAW) observed:

>"God has bestowed upon me six favors which the former Prophets did not enjoy: (1) I have been endowed with the gift of pithy and perfect speech. (2) I was granted victory owing to my awe. (3) The spoils of war were made lawful unto me. (4) The whole earth has been made the place of worship for me and it has become the means of purification for me also. In other words in my religion, offering of prayers is not confined to certain specified places of worship. Prayers can be offered at any place over the earth. And in case water is not available it is lawful for my people to perform ablutions with earth (Tayammum) and to cleanse themselves with the soil if water for bathing is scarce. (5) I have been sent by Allah to carry His Divine message to the whole world. (6) And the line of prophets has come to its final end in me." (Muslim, Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah)

3) Address to Hazrat Ali(ra)

>The Holy Prophet(SAW) told Hadrat 'Ali(ra): "You are related to me as Aaron was related to Moses(peace be upon him). But no Apostle will come after me." (Bukhari and Muslim, Kitab Fada'il as-Sahaba)

4) Difference With Tribe of Israel

>The Holy Prophet(SAW) observed:

>"The tribe of Israel was guided by prophets. When a prophet passed away, another prophet succeeded him. But no prophet will come after me; only caliphs will succeed me." (Bukhari, Kitab-ul-Manaqib).

5) Thirty Liars in the Ummah

>It is related by Hazrat Thauban(RA) that our Prophet(SAW) said:

>"In my Ummah there shall be born thirty liars (dajjals) each of them will claim that he is a prophet but I am the last of the Prophets; there shall be no prophet after me". (Abu Dawood and Tirmizi)

6) No Prophet or Messenger After Me

>The Prophet of Allah(SAW) affirmed:

>"The chain of Messengers and Prophets has come to an end. There shall be no Messenger nor Prophet after me." (Tirmidhi, Kitab-ur-Rouya Babu Zahab-un- Nubuwwa, Musnad Ahmad, Marwiyat-Anas bin Malik)

7) I Am Hashir, I am Aaqib, I am Muqaffi

>The Holy Prophet(SAW) observed:

>"I am Muhammad, I am Ahmad, I am the effacer and infidelity shall be erased through me; I am the assembler. People shall be assembled on Doomsday after my time. (In other words Doom is my only successor.) And I am the last in the sense that no prophet shall succeed me." (Bukhari and Muslim, Kitab-ul-Fada'il, Bab: Asmaun-Nabi; Tirmidhi, Kitab-ul- Adab, Bab: Asma-un-Nabi; Muatta', Kitab-u-Asma in-Nabi, Al- Mustadrak Hakim, Kitab-ut-Tarikh, Bab: Asma-un-Nabi.)

8) If There Were To Be A Prophet It Would Have Been Umar(RA)

>The Holy Prophet(SAW) said:

>"If an Apostle were to succeed me, it would have been 'Umar bin Khattab." (Tirmidhi,Kitab-ul- Manaqib)

As can be seen, the Prophet(saw) reiterated, again and again that no Prophet was to come after him, and that he is the last and final Prophet. If there was ever to be a Prophet, Umar(ra) was mentioned, not Mirza. Therefore it is clear, from both the Quran, and the Prophet(saw) himself, that no Prophet is to come after him, and that Mirza is a liar.

Mirza Qadiani and the Ahmediyyah.

Bismillah,

I am sure many people have heard of this group, called Ahmediyyah, that follow a man named Mirza Qadiani but say that they are Muslim. When one looks at what their beliefs are, it becomes clear why the Ahle Sunnah wa Jamaah don't accept this group as Muslim. I'm going to show why based on their beliefs.

  1. The Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) is the last and final Prophet. ---------------------

The Ahmediyyah leader, Mirza Qadiani, claimed in multiple places in his writings, that he is a prophet.

This is what he stated in his book:

  1. "In short, my **prophethood** is due "

  2. "If anybody takes an exception to my being called a NABI (prophet) and a RASUL (Messenger) in my revelations, he is but a fool because my **prophethood and messengership** do not infringe the divine seal in any way"

  3. "Thus my **prophethood** in no way clashes with the status of the Holy Prophet as KHATAM-AL-ANBIYA because the shadow is inseparable from the original and in an allegorical sense I am the same Muhammad."

This directly goes against the Quran, where it clearly states that the Prophet(pbuh) is the last and final Prophet and the scholars of the Quran, all say and affirm this.

Here is what the Quran says :

Quran 33:40

>Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things.

They claim that this "seal" is like the seal one puts on a document, but when you look at what the Major Tafasir say, it becomes evident that the Quran is talking about finality of Prophethood(pbut).

Let's look at the reputable Tafasir and see what the reputable scholars have to say about this verse:

Tafsir Ibn Kathir

>This Ayah clearly states that there will be no Prophet after him. If there will be no Prophet after him then there will surely be no Messenger after him either, because the status of a Messenger is higher than that of a Prophet, for every Messenger is a Prophet but the reverse is not the case. This was reported in many Mutawatir Hadiths narrated from the Messenger of Allah via a group of his Companions, may Allah be pleased with them. Imam Ahmad recorded a narration from Ubayy bin Ka`b, from his father that the Prophet said:

(My parable among the Prophets is that of a man who built a house and did a good and complete job, apart from the space of one brick which he did not put in its place. The people started to walk around the building, admiring it and saying, "If only that brick were put in its place. '' Among the Prophets, I am like that brick.) It was also recorded by At-Tirmidhi, who said "Hasan Sahih.''

Imam Ahmad recorded that Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, said that the Messenger of Allah said: "Messengership and Prophethood have come to an end, and there will be no more Messengers or Prophets."

[Maariful Quran] (http://islamicstudies.info/maarif/)

>Then, once the Prophethood and messengership of the Holy Prophet(saw) was mentioned here in which he carries a very special and distinct excellence over all other prophets, this distinctive eminence surpassing all other prophets has been indicated by the following words: ( and the last of the Prophets)

>There are two ways to read the word. Imam Hasan, and Asim read this word as khatam whereas other leading scholars read it as khatim. The meaning remains the same in both cases, that is, 'the last of the prophets'. In both cases the word means the 'last' we well as the 'seal'. The meaning of the seal is the 'last' because the seal is applied to something when it is intended to be closed. The Holy Prophet(saw) has been called the seal of the prophets because the process of sending new prophets has come to an end on this advent. This is the gist of the explanation given in Tafsir Ruh-ul-Ma'ani, Tafsir of Al-Baydawi and Ahmadi. The fact that both the words 'khatam' and khatim' carry the same meaning in this sentence has been affirmed by all the famous lexicons of Arabic Language.

>Ibn Sidah for example in his Almuhkam states that the words 'khatim' and 'khatimah' with regard to everything means it's end and it's termination.

>The gist is that both readings of the verse(khatam and khatim) convery the same meaning, that is, the Holy Prophet(saw) has concluded the line of prophets; he has succeeded all the prophets and he is the last among all of them.

It's very clear that the verse is referring to the Finality of Prophethood(pbut), therefore the Ahmediyyah direclty violate the Quran.

  1. Isa(as) died and will be born again ---------------------

Here is what they believe in regards to Jesus(pbuh).

So the Speaker says that the Ahmediyah's believe that Jesus(pbuh) died a normal death and will be born again, where as the Muslims believe that Jesus(pbuh) was raised alive and didn't die. I quote, he says "He returned to God as every other Prophet, through normal death"

So let's look at the Quran and see what the Quran says:

Surah 4 (An-Nissa)

>[157] That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-

This is a message to the Christians that Jesus(pbuh) was neither crucified nor killed. But, the next verse is where Allah(swt) mentions what happened to Jesus(pbuh)

>[158] Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise;-

The speaker said : "He returned to God as every other Prophet, through normal death" but take a look at what the Allah(swt) says, "Allah raised him UP unto himself. Meaning, Jesus(pbuh) didn't die, wasn't crucified as specified in the previous verse, but what raised up to Allah(swt) , alive.

If you look at Tafsir Ibn Kathir, here is what is recorded

>Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that Ibn Abbas said, "Just before Allah raised Isa to the heavens,

Speaker says one thing, but Allah(swt) says another in the Quran. Therefore the speaker is obviously wrong and I don't even have to go into Ahadith to add further proof.

  1. Mirza Qadiani and his failed Prophecies ---------------------

Mirza Qadiani claimed to be a prophet, and as we know, a Prophet would have received divine knowledge given to him from Allah(swt). This is what Mirza himself says:

>"To turn out a liar in his own prophecy is biggest disgrace of disgraces." (Roohany Khazaen)

Let's find out if Mirza turned out to be a liar in his own prophecy.

A) He falsely predicted where he would die

In his book Tadhkirah, he in his own words specifically says:

>"I shall die in Mecca or in Medina"

Mirza died in Lahore, and as a matter of fact, never ever in his entire life time did he even step foot in either Mecca or Medina. Think about it he didn't even fulfil Hajj, let alone an Umrah, never once physically looked at the House of Allah, or got to say salam to the Prophet(saw) in his Masjid. Imagine, he claims Allah(swt) is on his side, yet not once did Allah(swt) bless him with visiting his house.

So the proof is he failed his own prophecy.

Let's look at another one.

B) He falsely predicted how long he would live for.

This is what he says

>"Enemies wish for my death and prophecise about it. God has, however, given me the good news that I shall live for eighty (80) years or more." (Roohany Khazaen)

He died at the age of 73 (73 =/= 80). His claims of being divinely informed are obviously false, considering he himself got his own lifespan wrong.

Conclusion ---------------------

It's easy to see from the evidence, both with regards to the Quran and his own failed prophecies that Mirza Qadiani is a Kathaab (liar). It is so sad, that people actually follow him, and can't seem to see the clear evidence that points to him being a liar.

I'm not here to attack individuals, but to inform everyone with regards to the truth. May Allah(swt) save us from misguidance. Ameen.
