Went to Yamashita for the first time in a few years. I had been regularly prior to 2021 or so, and I always appreciated how it was one of the few public spaces I'd been to in Japan with trash cans. Did they remove them?? Why??

Bafflingly, these also seem to be created by the Mod. Doesn't this also go against the spirit and text of Rule 5?
