Found this little boy when I was 19 - Today he turned 14 💙

Happy 14th birthday to our Blue boy. 💙

I’m so thankful our paths crossed in 2012 when I was just 19, and took a chance on this crazy little puppy who needed a home. I told him then that he would go with me wherever life took us, and I’ve never broken that promise.

He’s been by my side and my husband’s through so many chapters of life. He makes our little family whole and I couldn’t imagine it any other way. Wishing for many more good days with our boy, Blue. ✨💫

Best Adults-Only All-Inclusive Resort for a Group of Couples?

Hi all!
Looking for recommendations for an adults-only, all-inclusive resort for a group trip next year. We’ll have 6–7 couples (ages 32–45) and are hoping to find the right balance between fun and relaxation.

We recently did a Nashville trip together and had an amazing time - good food, bars, live music, and staying out way too late. We’re a very social group that loves to laugh, have drinks, and spend time together, but we’re not looking for a wild spring break scene. We’d love to recreate that group vibe, just on a beach this time.

What we’re looking for:
Adults-only
Budget around $4,000 per couple (including flights, if possible)
4-5 nights
Beautiful beach
Excellent food
High-quality drinks
Fun nightlife with live music, dancing, and entertainment, but not an all-day party crowd
Nice pools and plenty of places to hang out during the day

One person in our group also has a pretty sensitive stomach, so we’d love recommendations for resorts known for consistently good food quality and cleanliness.

We’re open to Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, or anywhere else you’d recommend.

Also, are there any U.S. or U.S. territory options worth considering that don’t require passports, or are the best adults-only all-inclusive experiences really in Mexico and the Caribbean?

If you’ve stayed somewhere you’d recommend for a group of couples, I’d love to hear why. Thanks!

Abandoned Orcas & Dolphins in France

I haven’t seen many recent updates on the abandoned orcas and dolphins at Marineland Antibes. For a situation that’s been described as an emergency, it seems to be moving very slowly.

I came across an article from 4 days ago stating that they may be relocated to another aquarium rather than a sanctuary. While I don’t know how quickly that move could happen, for their sake, I hope it’s soon.

I’ve also been surprised by the lack of media coverage and public attention surrounding this situation.

Grief After Hysterectomy?

I’m 33 and had a total hysterectomy (leaving ovaries) in February due to severe stage IV endometriosis that was tethered to my colon in multiple places, along with one ovary and was pulling my uterus.

I know the surgery was medically necessary due to the severity of my case, and I trust my surgeon. Sometimes I feel at peace with it, and other times I get hit with heavy waves of sadness about losing the ability to have children. I didn’t have long to process this. I didn’t even know I had endometriosis until January, and in February I had a hysterectomy and colon resection. My husband and I don’t have kids - but he’s my rock and so so supportive.

I’m mainly wondering for others who’ve gone through something similar, when does it get easier to digest?
