From Burnt Out to being in th best shape of your Life

Hi, I’m Andy.

A few years ago, I was completely out of shape.

I’d gone from a really active lifestyle in London — football, athletics, always training — to feeling exhausted, injured, overweight, and honestly a bit lost with fitness.

Teaching full-time, moving countries, multiple knee surgeries, stress, long work days… life happened.

Then COVID hit, and that was the turning point.

Instead of trying another extreme fitness plan, I focused on simply rebuilding myself step by step. Small runs. Basic strength work. Consistency over perfection.

At first it was tough. I could barely run without feeling broken afterwards.

But over time, things changed.

Since then, I’ve:

Competed in triathlons

Completed HYROX events

Run my first marathon

Built strength and fitness I honestly didn’t think I’d get back in my 30s

What surprised me most was how much my background as a teacher helped.

As a teacher, you spend years helping people who lack confidence, feel overwhelmed, struggle with consistency, or believe they’re “not good” at something. You learn how to break difficult things into manageable steps and help people believe in themselves again.

When I rebuilt my own fitness, it felt like I was going through that same process personally.

That’s why becoming a personal trainer felt like such a natural transition. I’m not just coaching workouts — I’m helping adults overcome something I had to overcome myself: starting again.

Now I’m a qualified personal trainer based in Dubai, helping busy professionals get back into shape without fitness taking over their lives.

Most of the people I work with are:

Busy professionals with demanding schedules

Parents or people returning to fitness after years away

Complete beginners in the gym

People dealing with injuries, low energy, or weight gain

Burnt out from “all or nothing” fitness approaches

No six-day bodybuilding splits.

No living off chicken and broccoli.

No pretending motivation is always there.

Just sustainable training that fits around real life.

I’ve helped dozens of people rebuild from zero and become stronger, fitter, and more confident than they were in their 20s.

If you’re trying to start again with fitness, ask me anything.

Training advice, beginner workouts, rebuilding after injury, staying consistent when life is chaos — happy to help.

Hi im Andy

Not long ago, I was completely out of shape. I'd gone from a fit, active lifestyle in London-football, athletics, always moving-to being exhausted, injured, and unsure where to even begin. Teaching full-time, dealing with knee surgeries, moving countries... life happened.

Now, I'm a qualified personal trainer in Dubai, and I help people like you-people in their 30s, 40s, or beyond-who want to get their fitness back without becoming a gym rat or living off protein shakes.

Most of my 30+ clients are:

Busy professionals with full schedules

Not confident in the gym (or just don't enjoy it)

Battling low energy, injuries, or extra weight

Tired of "quick fixes" that never last

I've helped 30+ people rebuild from zero-smarter, stronger, and more sustainable than before. If that sounds like you, ask me anything. Whether you're in Dubai or just getting started online, I'm here to help.

Training advice, beginner workouts, rebuilding after injury, staying motivated when life is chaos-drop a comment or DM me.
