Tips for how to grow that money? I have already maxed out Roth for the year, put aside money to max it out for next year as well. I have a brokerage account but dont want all my money tied up in the market. I am looking at buying a Multi fam property but are there any other things I can do with it. No kids, expenses, or debt, Excellent credit.
