Lbr, Dalits are avarnas and not a part of Hinduism, it was savarnas who sanskritised them which I believe was a big mistake. Believe it or not, but many practices which are considered "weird" are not vedic to begin with. These are tribalistic traditions of these Dalits which got inculcated into Hinduism with time.

Not only this but they have also ruined the image on Hinduism on a broader scale. Take Kanwar for example, just Google it, majority people who participate in it are Dalits and we know how much nuisance they create. They don't participate in it out of 'bhakti'. They engage in alcohol, weed and nauch during the yatra.

If you notice, Dalits ALSO have ruined the aesthetics of Buddhism with their bs and honestly I want this trend to continue.

So when someone says, "Dalits are leaving Hinduism en mass", I feel happy instead of insecure
