Solo 2 Issues? Send it in! (cat tax included)
Hi y'all!
Remember how there was a recall for the Arizer Solo 2 earlier this year? I checked in February, and mine didn't make the cut. No bigs, it was working great.
Fast forward to April, and it stopped working. I was getting an "Error 7" message. I emailed the shop where I bought it and they suggested emailing Arizer, as that error usually means it's a circuit issue and it would likely need to be replaced.
I emailed Arizer. They sent me a box to send my lil guy to the shop, and I never saw him again. I thought I'd get another Solo 2, maybe a pre-owned one, as mine was just barely 2 years old. Nope!
**They sent me a brand spanking new Solo 2 Max!** It does a bunch of cool stuff my 2 didn't do. They even made sure it was the same color.
I have to say, I'm super impressed with the service. They honored the lifetime warranty on the heating element and replaced the whole dang thing.
So, be sure to follow up if your Solo is busted. You might just get a new one in return!
