How can tts be this bad in a modern game? It pronounces three as thair-eee. It also does not know how to pronounce large numbers saying one thousand four one hundred ninety for 1490.
As someone new to the genre and VR I’m having a blast with this game.
Tried out riveting for the first time. No plan or tracing, just trying out the tool.
Interstellar is my favorite movie and I happened to find this kit for $80 with the paragrafix photo etch set. I decided that I would watch the movie the entire time I was working on the project. I originally guess it would take 5 watch throughs but the photo etch set gave me a lot of difficulty. Instead of providing the window trim as individual pieces the entire top of the hull was 3 pieces and incredibly hard to work with. Spent hours sanding and filling only to be left with a few places that were still troublesome so I decided to call it good enough. The set does provide great detail for the back hatch and highly recommend using it for that and skipping it on the hull. Also tried to recreate what I saw others do online for the heat shielding, using athletic tape. Worked out pretty well but I think I could do a lot better if I attempted it a second time. Overall review is that it’s a pretty good kit out of the box and you could slap it together in a weekend without extras. Skip the paragrafix photo etch on the hull or try a set from someone else.
Starting the 1/72 ranger from interstellar and I’ve been having a hard time finding figures with similar EVA suits to the movie costumes. Really, the only ones I can find are from lunar lander models but the EVA suits from those missions are really bulk compared to the costumes.
