Image transfers over IPSEC

Likely going to post this in the networking subreddit but figured I'd ask here as well.

I work for a multifaceted private pharma RD company that also acquired a medical facility. They deal with women's health providing mamos & other forms of screen/diagnoses. Their workflow currently involves them doing same day readings while the patient is still in the office. Not an issue at the main site (HQ) as communication to PACs and diag workstations is local and quick.

The problem is with remote sites & remote radiologists (newly expanded). The expectation is to have the remote site (connected with IPsec VPN via 1GB pipes between 2 Meraki FWs) be able to send the images back to HQ and have a radiologist at HQ provide the diagnoses in the same time frame as the HQ site.

I'm trying understand how other locations handle remote viewing. What sort of performance/expectation is set for the patients and if its feasible to accommodate remote viewing withing something like a minute to accommodate what the clinic would like?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Account wrongfully suspended

small rant.

Woke up this morning to our account suspended. We had a case come up about a month ago stating suspicious activity and possible compromised account. We looked all over cloud trails all the tenant items and found nothing of note. Proceeded to ask for more information for the next couple of days with no response from AWS support. I closed the ticket as I've seen them re-open if there are any issues still open. Not this time and then finally the day of reckoning came and boom account suspended.

I understand I probably should have pestered them more but I don't think its cool to not respond to a ticket and then suspend a production account. I have since opened up the old ticket and created a new one to bring the account online. I was hoping to pay for expedited services but can't while your account is in this state it seems. So I'm stuck with basic support and a director who is pacing in front of my office.

So in desperation here I am on reddit posting in hopes of an escalation.

Happy Tuesday everyone 😄
