I've been enjoying the Dark Mount since October, but I lost the Media Dock while moving.

I bumped the ticket via email a few times, no cigar. Opened a new ticket earlier today, hoping for the best.

Anyone else with a similar story? If you managed to contact their 'spare parts' team, how did you do it? I'm in the EU, Hungary.
