Phototherapy covered by insurance

I Had to do a lot of the legwork, but I did some research and found out that my insurance company covers UVB equipment for vitiligo. I had to actually google the medical code for it and ask my dermatologist to write a prior authorization and they contacted a phototherapy company and got them to write the prior authorization and finally after a couple of months of back-and-forth they are sending me something in the mail covered by my insurance! The dermatologist said they have never done that before, so I’m assuming most people don’t know about it and won’t be informed by their doctor, so I wanted to share here for anyone who is interested in trying it

Guanfacine

For those of you who take guanfacine, did you feel worse before you felt better? They started me on a half of a 1 mg pill to get used to it, but I feel like it’s making me feel kind of crummy (more crummy than usual lol)
