Headrush cloud needs a little extra love.

I was super excited to set it up and dive into it. All came crashing down when I realised the unit did not come with a USB B (printer) cable. I don't have a printer cable as I haven't needed one since some decades ago.

Over the wifi firmware update does not work as it gets stuck on the update screen. The device's version is 4.0.

Any advice is appreciated.

Edit: Factory reset solved the issue. I will leave this up here incase someone else has the same problem.

Recently, I’ve decided to sell my Spark Mini and get an amp modeler. Admittedly, I don’t know much about them.

I work full time so I don’t have a lot of time to tinker with tones. I would like to be able to download presets and start playing straight away. It seems like neural dsp’s cortex cloud has quite the reputation. However, quad cortex mini is a bit out of my price range. (QC Mini costs $1000 AUD more than the Headrush Prime, almost $1800 more than Flex Prime)

How extensive is Headrush’s community shared preset library? Also, how would you describe the UI?
