[manga] Re:Fantasia is the main timeline, right? Should I read it before reading 100 Years Quest?

I just got back into Fairy Tail, and I’ve finished reading and watching the entire main series. I haven’t started 100 Years Quest yet, but I heard there’s also a Re:Fantasia arc, so I’m a little confused. Am I supposed to read Re:Fantasia first, and is it part of the main timeline?
