What's the most inspiring fitness comeback you've ever seen?

Watching someone go from being paralyzed for four years to eventually running a mile in under six minutes is a reminder that the human body can do incredible things with patience, consistency, and determination.

Stories like this remind me that progress isn't always fast, but showing up every day adds up over time.

Have you ever overcome a major setback in your fitness journey, or has someone else's story motivated you to keep going?

Does anyone else like doing standing chest exercises?

Today's chest workout was done almost entirely standing using cables.

I like mixing in standing movements because they challenge my balance, keep constant tension on the chest, and make my core work harder throughout the exercise.

Do you include standing cable exercises in your chest workouts, or do you mostly stick with the bench?

Anybody else prefer cable exercises over dumbbells for chest workouts?

Today's chest workout was all cables, plus a warm-up with pull-ups and dips.

I like using cables because they keep constant tension on the muscle throughout the movement and are easier on my shoulders than some dumbbell exercises.

Do you prefer cables, dumbbells, or a combination of both for chest training?

Do you actually track your reps and sets?

One thing that's helped me stay consistent is tracking my reps and sets instead of just showing up and hoping for the best.

Progress is easier to see when you know what you did last workout and can push a little further the next time.

Do you track your workouts, or do you train based on feel?

Completed 445 crunches today. Core is officially done.

I've been focusing on consistency over motivation lately. Some days the workout feels great, and other days it's just about showing up and getting the work done.

Today was one of those days.

445 crunches later, and I'm definitely feeling it. Anybody else training abs this week? What's your go-to core exercise?
