Ring Recommendations?

Hihi! So I am currently in the process of figuring out my health. Positive ANA - getting into a rheumatologist in September for autoimmune diagnosis (lupus runs rampant in my family). Also have dysautonomia with occasional episodes of SVT.

I already have an apple watch series 8. I mainly use it for my heart and sleep stats. I will say, when comparing with my heart monitor results, the stats were pretty much identical. I honestly expected a little bit of inaccuracy from the watch but I am really surprised, so I know I can rely on this for heart health. I can’t say anything about sleep though, because I have nothing to compare it to. I also don’t know if it’s worth it to upgrade my apple watch yet or if I should wait a few more years. So if anyone has a quick suggestion on that, lmk.

I do have some issues with the watch. The first being irritation. When I am in a flare up of some kind, my skin becomes super sensitive and wearing the watch will cause me to break out into hives, develop a red itchy rash, etc. I did change the original band to a different material and it did help a little bit, but not that much. My other issue is the battery life. It is so difficult for me to remember when to charge it, and it dies in 19-24 hours.

I’ve been contemplating a ring for awhile now. I’m not sure how it will do with my skin, tbh. Regardless, here’s what I’m prioritizing:

Accuracy - this one is most important to me.
Something that can pinpoint flare ups - I want a heads up before I feel sick so I can plan accordingly and not push myself. Sometimes I second guess myself and end up more sick.
Good sleep data - Accurate and detailed sleep data would be great because I suspect my sleep plays a big part in my flare ups.
Long battery life - From what I understand, most rings already check this box so this probably won’t be that much of an issue.

I’m leaning mostly towards Oura 5. Thought a little about Ringconn, but I’m not sure. I’m open to other suggestions, too. Price isn’t that much of a concern to me, and I’m aware that Oura charges a subscription.

Thank you so much in advance!!

[recommendations] 40DDD(US)/40E(UK) do I need a balconette bra?

Measurements (inches):
loose underbust - 40
snug - 39
tight - 38.5
standing - 44
leaning - 48
lying down- 46

I’ve always had problems with bras and my breasts. I deal with a lot of back and rib pain and just want something to ease that pain. a few months ago I was a 40H but i’ve been losing weight and these measurements are from today. I tend to have issues with having too much free space at the top of my bras, my breasts are a ? maybe pendulous shape? I’m not entirely sure. I also have issues with the sides of bras (or even tank tops, wireless bras, etc.) irritating my armpit area because it rubs against it :( Any recommendations are appreciated!!

what’s even going on💀

honestly no idea what my question even is. I am lowkey just lost and confused like in general. I’m dealing with a lot of health issues right now (physical and mental) and have been for a while and i just feel like a random blob in a giant void i guess ? i’m having trouble knowing who i am, my future, etc. i’m not very good at understanding how different parts of a birth chart interact with each other and what it means overall so i figured i’d come here 😭 sorry im so vague LMAO just tell me something, anything
