Hi all, if you've taken or are currently taking classes for the Bread Baking Certificate, could you share your thoughts? Did you learn a lot? Is this like being on a reality show with Gordan Ramsey? Do the instructors yell at you a lot? How much time do you spend outside of class studying? Do you feel like you learned how to develop your own recipes?
