Anyone mix in extended fasts within OMAD
I have been OMAD for 3 weeks..had a stall. So am now currently in a 72 hr fast (just water/coffee/ketones) - I'm at 48 hrs into it.
Wondering if anyone has added extended fasts weekly or monthly while doing OMAD.

SOUND CHECK - M117 Amg Gt 63 - Turbo blow offs
People wanted to know how the blow offs sound while driving..here you go. In Sport+ .. only modification is VTA blow offs. TURN UP VOLUME!
I love it..but now I waste more gas driving in Sport+ everywhere...listening to it 🤣🤣
Ps: it does still blowoff in comfort..but less aggressive.
Next step: intakes..

Any AMG GT 63's with a cold air intake?
I wanted to hear what good cold air intakes sound like on a stock AMG GT 63 (or any M177) engine..i assume intake layout is same.
Prefer without down pipes.

Turbo Blow off mod - 2025 AMG GT 63 (m177)
Thought I would share since there aren't many videos or info on the Turbo blow off mod (VTA) for AMG GT 63 (M177) here is what it sounds like.

I love it. When driving it sounds great.

Next would be a proper aftermarket intake (cold air) and possibly down pipes..

Air intake for M117 (2025 AMG GT63)
Hey guys

Anyone have a aftermarket intake installed (one that blocks the hot air in cabin (so its still sucking cold air)
​
I know Blackboost has a good setup (pricey) just wanted to see other options and feedback. Sound clips or photos would be great.
​
Doing it for a slight performance boost and to hear more sound/turbo from the engine. This engine is a beast and needs to be heard :)

1 week into OMAD
Just wanted to share my journey using OMAD.. I have been keto for years (and love it) and love the benefits of fasting. So decided to try Omad with full body weight training (4 days weights & 2 days cardio - 1 day rest and 10k steps daily)

My one meal I have been eating this week is in the images with macros.
​
Down 4lbs first week, and feel in more control of cravings etc.
​
My big tip this early into the journey is - if temptation cracks you easily..go for a walk when you are hungry (or when the rest of the family is eating) its helped me a lot.

Yes I am only doing it for the sound..I love that pssshhht sound...

I may look at intakes in the future (ones that still suck cold air not cabin air).

Picked up this AMG GT 63 last week.. such a beast!
Looking forward to upcoming warm weather.. 🔥🔥 getting satin PPF on the full body to keep the factory finish look. No room for mistakes with this matte/satin finish paint.
