Demand letter- help
Hi. I’m in USA. Meta suspended my fb. Haven’t been able to contact support for almost 2 weeks now (support chat limit from 1 chat nearly 2 weeks ago lol). Just gonna do a demand letter. I have it all written up, I think it’s pretty solid. Explained the situation with printed screenshots evidence that they contradicted my suspension by restoring my posts but not my page 🙄 I ended the letter basically saying they have two weeks to respond or restore or whatever i wrote idek. or I’ll file small claims which I am serious about but not even sure where I would even start with that and I truly hope they will just correct their mistake since this was obviously an ai error. anyways.. how should I send it? Where do I send it? Should I get i use legal shield or just mail it out?
