Phone got a black screen while I was using it: Why should we trust Samsung again?
Last week while I was peacefully watching a Youtube Short on my phone, the screen flickered and went off. The phone stayed on but nothing on the screen. This was a replacement screen that I got from authorized Samsung service exactly one year before the screen died. Why should I trust Samsung again if even their flagships are not reliable?
How does your phone give out even before the support for Android versions has run out? This was not a cheap phone by any means.
Without any conflicts in my mind I decided to move to an iPhone, I cannot deal with unreliable brands anymore.
Just a post to maybe warn you guys with something that may happen to you. iPhone 17 honestly feels like a downgrade but I would rather have the peace of mind over whatever Samsung offered.
