Hi everyone, I have celiac disease,as a British Asian, I have often found it challenging to navigate foods that are both safe and culturally familiar.
Over time, I realised than many of our Asian dishes are naturally gluten free-something not many people are aware of. That inspired me create a website/app to highlight these dishes and make it easier for others like me to enjoy our food without worrying.
