Possible AC Issue? Compressor Cycles every 10ish seconds
My 2018 Fiesta ST I bought new seems to be doing a weird thing when idling where the compressor turns on for about 10 seconds then turns off. When it turns back on it bogs down the engine a bit. AC is blowing cool but the radiator fan sounds like its howling when I am outside of the car. Any suggestions? Could it be getting low on freon?

Yes that’s a lasagna and yes it’s spilled onto the back of it.
