Looking for a decent studio or a spacious master room in Dubai that can comfortably fit 3 people. Max budget is 4.5k AED, and we definitely prefer a monthly payment setup.

Hoping to find something with a good, proper kitchen and a clean bathroom—not trying to squeeze into a tiny, sketchy setup. Open to areas like Discovery Gardens, DSO, JVC, Al Furjan, or places near the metro.
