Reith Rd & Kent Des Moines Rd
PSA: If you are turning onto KDM Rd from Reith Rd or Reith Rd from KDM, you have your own lane. The point of that lane is to *accelerate* and seamlessly merge into traffic. You should not stop and look for an opening when you have plenty of lane in front of you. The only exception is for people turning right on Reith Rd who immediately need to turn left into the Woodland Estate Apartments. (And they’d probably be better off going up to the circle and coming back down, depending how heavy traffic is.) Stopping without reason on a roadway or highway is dangerous. There is no stop sign. There should be a yellow “lane added” sign but even if the sign isn’t there, a lane is added. This concludes today’s lesson.
