407 Refusal

Hey everyone, trying to understand where I stand with my visa situation and would appreciate any advice or similar experiences.

I applied for a 407 Training Visa through my employer. It got refused while I was overseas on a bridging visa, so I had no ART review rights at the time.

I took the matter to court/judicial review and the case was sent back to Home Affairs for reconsideration.

During this period, I was on a bridging visa with 8107 work limitations, meaning I could not change employer, position, or stop working for the sponsor. Without fully realising the consequences, I resigned from that employer and later found a new employer willing to sponsor me for a 482 visa, which means I breached my visa conditions.

I then applied for variation of work conditions so I could start working for the new employer, but there has been no outcome yet.

Now, the 407 has been refused again, but this time I do have ART review rights. I’m supposed to apply for a 482 through the new employer soon, but because I currently don’t have unrestricted work rights, their lawyer is hesitant to proceed.

Just trying to understand:

If I lodge an ART review, is there any possibility of getting work rights without these limitations?

Would I potentially be allowed to work for the new employer during the ART process?

Has anyone been through something similar involving a 407 refusal, breach of conditions, and later moving onto a 482?

Please help 🥲😒

How do you decide weather to tell a story in first person (I) or third person (he/she)?

I have all these ideas but I always end up stuck between deciding what narrator perspective to choose. I do like first person narration better but cant help but wonder how others must feel...
