How to convey husband about conflicts with unmarried BIL living with us?

Me n husband, married for an year now. Husband's younger brother(unmarried) is also living with us since. It was a last minute decision before our wedding(I doubt this now).

My husband who has WFH for couple of days a week, rented house which is convenient to BIL as he has to go to office daily. This makes my husband travel almost 20 km for office visit thrice a week.

Currently I'm not working. My husband's work shifts changes every month which is making it difficult for me to wake up at same time throughout. Especially during night shifts.

Problem is my BIL behaving like a raja beta expect me cook breakfast and lunch for him every morning. I cooked breakfast at starting but sometimes didn't as there were leftovers from previous night which he refused to eat. He doesn't follow timings to return home which makes it difficult to plan meals which resulted in leftovers often.

Husband also expect me to cook atleast breakfast daily for him.

My MIL keeps the same expectations. I really regret this decision of letting him live with us. Don't know how to convey this to husband. I'm feeling this situation will go on even after he gets married as hinted by husband n in laws.

Should I be strict about my boundaries here which leads to conflicts of seperating them or I don't know how to go about it
