When I bought it on DL site, I tried to follow the steps I saw online that said use locale emulator before adding the english translation but I’m fine with just viewing the Japanese version. I changed my region on my laptop to Japan. I used DL site nest because it would not open when I right click and tried using locale emulator directly. However, it says that my time zone on my computer is different from “ Japan (Osaka, Sapporo, Tokyo) “ so I changed the name in the registry thinking it was a issue with language differences, but it still don’t work.
