Found this at a local pawn shop. No box or paperwork with it. They are asking $1100. What would be a good price for this? It'll be going on an AI AE mkii. Any concerns on whether or not it's real?

I spent 14 years at my previous employer and have about 500k in my 401 based retirement. I just switched employers and now have a public employee pension. Currently, if I work 20 years and retire around 57, I will get 44% of the average of my 3 highest years earnings. I could gut my 401 to buy years into the pension and increase the percentage I would get in retirement or I can keep my 401 and let it grow (without additional contributions) and take the lower pension. Any advice is appreciated, I'm currently leaning towards leaving it be.
