In the past couple of months i've been experiencing quite strange and intense phenomena when meditating. This one happened today.
As soon as i close my eyes and i become the observer, my feet starts tingling and vibrating pretty intensely. All these energy beams and particles i could 'see' were being attracted (in)to my feet for an hour straight.
My feet were hanging out on the edge of the couch, i began feeling physical weight increasing in them and the weight was pulling my feet towards the ground.
This weight or force could give me the sensation that my feet were moving sideways as i was half-laying. Not physically moving but the sensation was they were being moved sideways or downwards.
Eventually this weight and sensation of energy became so 'dense' it felt like its solid. Solid in a sense it felt like i could even stand on it. Like if i was able to fix this energy spatially, it could bear my weight.

I also felt electricity running in my right arm, also slightly in my left arm. I could feel my fingertips tingling. It was constant with occasional pulses, exactly like when i touch a live wire.

My left ear also felt like it is being physically bent forward. The more energy i felt in my feet, the more it felt like it is bent forward. And i also heard loud rumbling in my left ear. As if i put out my head of a car thats going 160mph on the highway.

I needed to stop meditating because the energy density in my feet felt so immense and powerful i felt like i have 2 jet engines in my feet.
When i stood up, i kept my eyes closed, and i found a new 'switch' in my brain.
It felt like i needed to use 120% of willpower and focus to turn this on.
I could hear now the rumbling noises in both my ears at max volume, and the already insane energy in my body was being exponentially amplified.
After 2-3 seconds i needed to stop because i knew something bad would happen if i continued. Like my nose would start to bleed and i would pass out or worse.

Does anyone have any idea what the hell was this?
