Decided to change up the scape and lean into the branchy river look. Front 2/3s of the tank is completely empty now so more open swimming space for them as well. Colours in the second video are more akin to how the tank looks like in person but the camera still gives the fish a weird blue hue.

Had a smaller sveni that was getting picked on for a bit and had nipped fins however it stopped around 2 weeks ago. I thought just letting it be making sure it was left alone would result in the fins slowly healing but recently for the past 2 or 3 days I've seen more and more red sore looking spots. I also took a closer look at my other surinamensis and some of them seem to have little pin sized spots which I'm concerned about. Is this HITH? I'm in Canada so a lot of medications aren't available and have to be shipped from the US so it'll take a few days to get it. How should I proceed?
110g 6ft tank with 6 geo surinamensis and 1 geo sveni all around 3 inches. Tank is kept around 79-81f and ammonia/nitrite at 0 with around 5ppm nitrates
