Is it normal for the God of War to not be in his city?
I was under the impression that the druid God of War always spawned on his city in the primal plane, however, in this run I see him chilling on the Hammer God's city instead (he wasn't killed outside of the primal plane at any point for him to randomly respawn there either).
Also, his city is still there, just no god to be seen:
