Best 1200rs spent on my SM
Just got back from a 550 km ride after having these middle footpegs installed, and what a difference they make. The relief on your back is incredible, and they also make it much easier to saddle over rough patches that would normally send every bump straight through to your spine.
The RE footpeg pair cost around ₹800, and installation was about ₹350. I'd highly recommend this setup to anyone who regularly does longer rides.
P.S. Don't try installing them with just a single bolt, I tried that and it didn't work. Mechanic fabricated a small metal plate, welded the footpeg mount to the plate (no welding on the chassis), and then secured it using two bolts on the existing mounting points already available on the chassis.
