Questrade RESP transfer-out - 2nd instance of errors on Questrade's side
I'm working on moving my Questrade family RESP to Wealthsimple. Questrade first sent the Form C (which details the contibutions, grants, etc.) to Wealthsimple in late April.
Wealthsimple rejected the Form C because the basic CESG amount document didn't make sense. Wealthsimple asked Questrade for a corrected Form C, and after I called several times to escalate with Questrade, it was finally sent 2 weeks ago.
Today, Wealthsimple rejected the Form C again. This time, I escalated on Wealthsimple's side, and they sent me a copy of the Form C they received from Questrade - and I can clearly see the mistake made by Questrade.
I'm going to call Questrade again, but I'm not hopeful that the front-line agents can do much, and the back-end team doesn't take phone calls.
Any ideas on how I can escalate further?
