What impact will these grades have on my application?
I got a B+ and C freshman year and 2 B+s sophomore year, but have a really good SAT. Do my bad grades (all math) close the doors to any top schools?

I got a 1580 but had a B and C freshman year and a B sophomore year, tanking me to a 3.8UW. I’m wondering how much I can use my SAT in my favor because I really have no excuse for the bad grades other than being lazy and missing assignments. Like what would my college targets look like.
There is a mistake that I have been making for a LONG time. It is quite bad for my life but not terrible on a larger scale (think of it like getting bad grades, which is bad for college, but far from the end of the world). I want to stop making this mistake but I am a naturally fulfilled person, meaning I do not care enough to work hard at it, but care enough to know it is bad and know it should bother me. I am looking for ways I can either punish myself if I make it again (nothing physical or harmful) or reward myself if I win against it (nothing I can do regardless like spending the day off or eating a sweet treat).
Is it still possible for me to get a 5 on AP Bio if I start today and am “self-studying?” I technically have all the resources from my schools AP Bio class from my friend (but haven’t looked at them) and took a college Biology 1 class last Summer I got an A in. I can memorize stuff pretty quickly too and got all my other stuff this week done so besides hygiene, eating and sleeping, I plan to study for a few hours today, 12-16 hours on the weekend and review the morning of the test. Can we assume burn out/not retaining the information is not likely as well? I’ve done the same kind of thing before for basically everything in my life (SAT, exams, APs) so I think I can at least get a 4 (but am hoping for a 5). I need to stop procrastinating.
