do charging prices change randomly? I thought they only change at the top of the hour and/or at :30

one charger that I go to always changes at the top of the hour. I started coming to a new one, and it would change when I arrived, even within the same hour. I figured maybe it changed at the :30 as well. but this morning it gave me a $0.34 price at 6:31 and then when I got there at 6:33, it was $0.48… is the price changing randomly? or is the original price inaccurate? does this happen to anyone else? TIA

slow asf supercharger… take away the super title rn cause ain’t nothing super about 23kW 😭😭

come to this location regularly and it’s never been this bad..

for more context, I was at 15%, so no, it wasn’t slowing down because the battery was almost full. I preconditioned the battery, so it wasn’t that either.
