Found this 2021 Canadian $1 Klondike Gold Rush commemorative loonie. It has the official red Moosehide Slide symbol and marks 1896–2021. Circulated condition, but a nice keeper
Hi everyone,
I was going through my Canadian pennies and found this 1974 Canadian 1 cent coin that appears to have a possible rotated die error.
What I did:
Aligned the obverse normally (Queen upright)
Flipped the coin top-to-bottom (coin alignment method)
Reverse appears rotated by approximately 90°
The coin is circulated and has not been cleaned.
Before I consider grading or getting it evaluated, I’d appreciate your opinion:
Does this look like a genuine rotated die?
Approximate rotation angle?
Worth keeping / grading?
Photos attached. Thanks!
