Decided to try no butter no salt or seasonings and it popped in air popper! Just found out recently I'm type 2 diabetic. Not to bad nothing on it. But rather have the butter and salt

Found out today I'm type 2. As a new diabetic is there something I should know docs don't tell ya? I'm going to be starting ozempic. Kinda scared to give shots to myself
