Finally had my first battle, it went well. Sadly, we suffered one casualty. Steffan the Shepard of Tiechdorf was slain. He leaves behind a wife and son, and many will miss him dearly. The site of his loss has had a shrine placed, to remember the first man to spill his blood for the village.

It's really cool soldiers in this game aren't random no name units. It will be quite the time when I get into an actual large battle and lose many villagers.
