Has anyone used PasstheBar Questions?

Hi, has anyone used PasstheBar Questions?
If so, what was your experience with them and are they somewhat reflective of the actual exam?

Many thanks!

Flight Schedule - normal operations?

Hi everyone, i have my flight booked for May 30 (from Dubai). I have to be overseas for something important I can’t miss in mid June. Do you think flights will be scheduled as normal or should I call and rebook for sooner?

Many thanks!

DTOC or Indices

Hi everyone! I want to know whether we should use the DTOC, indices, or both on the exam? (I have the U of T indices)

Sometimes I can’t find what I’m looking for in the DTOC, so the indices help, but I’ve heard mixed reviews about using them on the exam.

Also, I know people say to “know your DTOC well,” but can someone expand on what that actually means? For example, knowing what each chapter addresses and how it fits into the section?

For those who have written the exam:

- Did you mainly use the DTOC, the indices, or both?

- What ended up being fastest/most helpful during the actual exam?

Many thanks!

Real Estate Help

Hi!

I’m doing real estate practice questions and I’m really struggling with finding the answer (going back and forth between my chapters) and cannot seem to be answering the questions right - falling for the trap answers quite a bit. I feel like I’m not interpreting the text properly and that’s why I’m getting things wrong.

I am using Brickam practice questions at the moment. How close is that to the real exam?

Does anyone have any advice on how to improve real estate. Would I improve with learning and understanding the concepts better or about doing more practice questions to navigate my materials properly.

Thank you!

Any practice test tips?

I am doing solicitor practice questions and I’m finding I’m super slow at finding the answers/knowing where the answers are using the DTOC. Does anyone have any advice on how to pick up the speed. Thank you!

What resources, charts, guides are you using for real estate? I’m currently reading the Planning Act chapter and would love any resources that could help me understand the chapter (or book).

Many thanks!
