Specialist Mental Health hub in Tralee

Hi all - really struggling with my mental health right now and have an appointment to see my GP on Monday. I was told that they can refer me on to the mental health hub in Tralee for emergency/ critical support.

Does anyone have any experience with this and if they found it helpful? I don’t want to ask for a referral if the experience will be a negative one, as I worry that it’ll make things worse.

Thanks in advance.

29 F4M Ireland - looking for my forever person

Hi everyone. Looking tentatively for my forever person. Open to long distance for the right person. I am Irish/ English and live in the southwest of Ireland. I am 29 and fun fact, my birthday is Christmas Day!

I adore animals and have two dogs of my own! I love to read, play video games and listen to music, especially metal/ heavy metal.

I also love to cook and bake so I hope you love to eat! 😂

Looking for someone who has a passion for life, sarcastic sense of humour and is kind and compassionate.

I am 5’11 so looking for a fellow tall person.

Ideal age range late twenties to late thirties. Tattoo’s, beards and long hair are more than welcome 🫶🏻

Looking forward to chatting ☺️
