Hydroxyzine
Have insomnia. Nausea too. I took melatonin but it made my anxiety unbearable. Doctor told me to not take melatonin.
So…insomnia always has me tired. Could that be an issue with hydroxyzine? My bad experience with melatonin has made me scared to take hydroxyzine. I need reassurance
THAT segment with Harley Cameron and Anthony Bowens. Happy Pride!
youtu.beI first heard "Story of My Life" by Social Distortion when I was 21. The song means a lot more 30+ years later.
youtu.beChronic exhaustion that won't go away.
I have a fire alarm above my head. It was loud *beeping* anywhere between midnight and 5 am every night for a month. The fire alarm was fixed six weeks ago. No noise. Yet I will get-at best-6 hours a night. I wake at 7 am and can't go back to sleep.
I have a startle reflex as well. I use in ear canal ear plugs when I sleep and a noise machine.
Important factors
Diagnosed PTSD, Anxiety, Depression-that makes it hard to fall asleep. Also a light sleeper.
Shift work. I work retail. My week looks this way. 7a-3pm Friday, 2p-10p Saturday, off Sunday, 9a-5p Monday, and so on.
I have tried melatonin 3mg timed release. I had bad anxiety the last few times I took it. It was not a subtle descent into sleep. I had a sudden *whoosh* onset and was terrified.
I am at a loss about what to do.
