How is the climate in Agartala throughout the year? What facilities does the institute provide to cope with unfavourable weather conditions (if any)?

I had an enquiry.

The list of selected candidates for online test/interview for the Ph.D. programme was supposed to be published on 13th May. It hasn't been published yet. Is there any other way of checking the list other than the university website?
