Running and Caroline's workouts
I've been doing Caroline's workouts for nearly 2 years and I can't believe my progress. I feel strong, healthy, and even strangers tell me I look strong. I'm naturally very petite and don't gain muscle easily, so I'm conscious that I don't want to lose any hard-won gains!
I've now taken up couch to 5k and wondering how everyone manages their running with strength workouts? My plan has 3 runs a week, but strength training will always be my no. 1. What changes can I expect physique-wise? Am I going to lose muscle mass? Could the running help me finally shift the last bit of lower belly fat that still hangs on for dear life? Any insights welcomed!
