Hey everyone, looking for data points on the Sapphire Reserve StubHub credit rollover.
**The Issue:** Made a purchase on June 30th at 10:12 PM PT (activated the benefit beforehand). Because StubHub processes on East Coast time, the transaction timestamped at **July 1st, 1:24 AM ET**.
**The Result:** The automated system mistakenly ate my new H2 (July–Dec) credit instead of using my remaining H1 (Jan–June) credit.
**Current Status:** Called the Sapphire Reserve line today. The rep agreed the West Coast timezone gap caused the error and submitted an **escalation ticket** to the back-office billing team (3–5 business days turnaround).
**Questions:**

Has anyone else on the West Coast successfully fought this midnight ET rollover glitch?
Did Chase fix it via a manual statement credit, or did they award 15k Ultimate Rewards points instead?
