Swollen eyes
I need some help with my eyes. Since a few years back I have had recurring problems with my eye lids swelling up. It happens for a few days and then I'm fine for a while (a couple of months) and then happens again. And I have no idea why. At first I suspected allergies but honestly idk anymore, I have pollen allergy so take meds for that but this keeps on happening even if I have been take antihistamines regularly. And my eyes never get red or inflamed or flaky they just swell up and itch so, so, so bad. Like I wanna rip my eye lids off bad. I've tried changing eye creams several times but it just keeps happening. What I suspect is I scratch my eyes in my sleep when the itch comes and as a result I wake up barely being able to open my eyes. I honestly feel so defeated as I dont want to leave my house looking like this... anyone got some advice on eye creams that could help with swelling and itchy eyes?
I haven't used anything other than moisturiser the last 1,5 years on my eyes due to pregnancy and breastfeeding.
See photo from my latest flare (today), I've put some light pink cooling balm on it before the photo to reduce the itch so dont mind that.
