I cant sign in to my playstation account because its locked i don't have access to my email address because yahoo can't find it or something like it doesn't exist anymore and if you go to the 3rd picture then this is what playstation support told me. PS. Should I just call them???

Every once awhile the TV cast button will pop up why is it not popping up???
