ISO Recs for Board and Train for Reactive Dog

We have been fostering dogs for a while and one of our resident dogs (we really should have worked with more when she was rehomed to us a few years ago) unfortunately has gotten more and more reactive because of it. Jumping, humping, snarling, barking when excited. Rougher play and won’t listen to commands. Leash biting sometimes. She is smart as a whip. We work with her a little daily, but we know it isn’t enough. We love her so much, but we are overwhelmed with her and day to day life with a pack of dogs. We want to get her into a board and train in the Atlanta area or day camps might work too. Positive Reinforcement only. We are not open to any aversive training (e-collars); etc. CDPT, Victoria Stilwell type training only. We are looking to save money or spend more upfront to get access to group classes later. Please help us compare choices. We know this will be an investment somewhere in the 2-3k range.

Warranty and Repair Woes

We discovered in February that about the end of January our inverter was not working properly. We have had the solar panels installed for about 4 years this July. After some back and forth with the solar installation company about the warranty, an inverter arrived at our house on March 7th. Now we are waiting on the company who can come and swap out our inverter. They are saying there is a service fee that can be waived but the labor will be up to us. The inverter was free of course under warranty. But now we can't seem to get on their schedule for the replacement. Is this the norm? And do we have a leg to stand on with anything? The company said in our contract that we could get $500 back after our energy audit. They finally did the energy audit, but they were going to come back to do the free upgrades and give us the money. That was over a year ago. And when we mentioned it, they wanted to see where we were promised that. It was literally written in our contract, so it was easy to find. I am willing to name names, our location and tell how much the service fee generally is (not sure about labor yet) if it will help with the discussion, but I wasn't sure about doing so for now.
