We have what seems to be a large hub for busses and trains in downtown but it really doesn't seem to be maximally used. Am I off base here ?

Has the bus system ever been better in fayetteville ? Why isn't there more adoption even when gas was 4 bucks.

Accuracy of prediction algorithm over the last 30 days

Ive created a foot traffic prediction algorithm of downtown fayetteville. Largely this is something that a person could do with a spreadsheet or even on paper if they get the right data.

The 2 most important metrics are..... Weather and Historical Data. This should be obvious but largely weather report does a lot for when foot traffic will be a bust... but when all things are the same there are a lot of metrics including holidays, military pay days, number of events, etc .
