My wife recently went to Carewells location in Dennis to receive care in July. She has insurance, it's valid and we just had a three way call with her insurance and billing for Carewell Urgent Care. Carewell is claiming they submitted the claim to insurance but didn't hear anything back, so they charged my wife's debit card (hundreds of dollars) even though she has previously checked the box that said "do not charge the card on file, send bills directly." Her insurance agent asked how they could charge someone who did not give permission and of course Carewell has no answers. Heck, the guy she talked to today was the same guy she talked to twice yesterday and claims it was not him (it was "another" Victor), though his accent and voice is identical on both days. They take zero responsibility for illegally charging a card they had no permission to charge.

Check your accounts, your statements and anything else you may have given Carewell access too, they are unethical and don't care about you, just your money.

They never filed a claim, the insurance company verified no claim was ever submitted; they just charged the card on file (again with no authorization to do so).

I run a magnet fishing channel on YouTube and have been struggling with my GoPro 11 lately. It overheat once and now just acts crazy. This seems to be something specific to go pro. Does anyone have any recommendations for another camera that might hold up to hear better? It's getting very tiring and I just wanna record and enjoy time out instead of fighting with a camera all the time.

Totally spaced out and talked to my brother, guess he recently purchased a 17 foot boat and has taken it from the Cape to Nantucket a few times. We are already planning this trip!!

Probably a little late for this but does anyone know anywhere locally to get a yard sign for my son who's graduating? I'm not looking for anything large, maybe a sign the same size as the ones used for political campaigns? Thanks!
