Neurodiversity and struggling with relationships and building my future

28M, a few months ago I was officially diagnosed with ADHD, and a non-verbal learning disorder (NVLD). I’m on medications and in therapy and work on myself every day, but I know that I’m behind the majority of my peers with little to no hope of catching up. I struggle with average every day things that I’ve seen literally no one else struggle with. Society has propped us men up as the providers and protectors of families. Speaking modestly, I’m a pretty good-looking guy, in pretty good shape and I exercise almost every day. Unfortunately my disabilities have hurt me my whole life because they prevent me from being all I can be like the majority of other guys my age I see. It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening to have to put in so much work into things other people pick up naturally and in some cases, instantly. How can someone like that ever dream of becoming a family man? Just the idea alone is so absurd it’s funny lol. That’s not even including the fact that any kids I could have would most likely inherit some or all of my issues. Why would I bring someone in this world just to inherit all of my BS? I’d only have kids if I was a sadistic monster. I’m probably just ranting at this point but this has been weighing heavy on me the past couple weeks. To any women reading this, I hope I don’t come across as a bitter incel who hates women lol. I’ve actually had two relationships in the past but as you can guess they were both pretty short. One I was with for like 6 months and then she ghosted me out of nowhere, no arguing or fighting, things were great and then she just disappeared. The other one was only like two months, it was a mess and a long story. Long story short I’d really love to meet the right woman and start a family, but I know better
